Some small housekeeping today.

- Change to the automatic victory system: we do not force the end of a given scenario anymore based on the enemy fleet retiring from the battle. This mechanism will be revisited later as we fine-tune the scenario editor and its options.
- Added missing US cruisers seaplanes to the Coral Sea order of battle in the generated scenarios.
- Fixed overlapping items in Air Order of Battle panel.
- Fixed several bugs affecting hydrobases.
- Fixed a crash when deleting a strike.
- Fixed a crash when starting a new scenario multiple times.
