- changed upgrade balance - each iteration needs less points, the chance of purple iteration depends on upgrade size (numbers of iterations) and chief designer skills
- added upgrade focus: perfomance / reliability / no focus
- added screen with PC teams upgrades
- increased engine regress in off-season
- reduced team reputation growth in off-season
- teams budget reduced twice (for new game start)
- reduced prize payments by season results.
FIXED BUGS:
- added mods validation check to select mod screen. It will fix game crashes if in the game folder are old format mods.
- retired drivers don't generate news about their plans to retire every season anymore.
