Modern Jet Fighters
Terms of Service (EULA)
These terms and conditions apply to the Modern Jet Fighters Online app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, published and operated by MicroProse Software Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported online game service with optional in-app purchases.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or any trademarks associated with the Application is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Application are owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider and/or its licensors.
The Service Provider may release updates or new versions of the Application from time to time, which may change, add, or remove features. Any paid features (including optional in-app purchases) will be clearly presented to you before you make a purchase.
Community Rules / Objectionable Content (Zero Tolerance)
The Application allows user-generated identifiers (such as player nicknames) and player interaction features (such as friend requests, parties, and multiplayer participation). You agree not to use the Application to post, use, or share any content or behavior that is objectionable, abusive, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that encourages violence, illegal activity, or self-harm. This includes (but is not limited to) inappropriate nicknames and any attempt to bully, threaten, impersonate, or target other players.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. We may remove or restrict content, require nickname changes, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.
The Application provides tools to:
-
Report players/content to the Service Provider; and
-
Block abusive users. Blocking prevents interaction (e.g., friend/party requests) and immediately hides the blocked user’s identity from your view where applicable within the Application.
Reports are reviewed and acted upon in a timely manner, typically within 24 hours (where feasible), which may include removing the offending content and ejecting/suspending/banning the offending user.
Personal Data and Security
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advised against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the Application: Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Deleting your account is permanent and removes your ability to sign in. It also erases your profile and game progress.
To maintain the integrity of multiplayer history and leaderboards, some historical records may remain, but will be anonymized (for example, displayed as “DeletedPlayer”) and will not be associated with an accessible profile.
Third-Party Services
Please note that the Application may utilize third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Third-party services used may vary by platform (iOS/Android) and by build configuration. Below are links to Terms and Conditions of commonly used third-party service providers that may be used by the Application:
Connectivity and Device Responsibilities
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any network or data charges incurred when using the Application, including roaming charges. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions or reduced performance caused by network conditions, carrier limitations, or factors outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control.
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. The Application is currently available on supported operating systems, and system requirements may change over time. You may need to download and install updates in order to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to accept updates to the Application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its availability at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; and (b) you must cease using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2026-01-01.
