Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Modern Jet Fighters Online app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, published and operated by MicroProse Software Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), acting as the data controller for the Application. The Application is provided “AS IS” and is an online game service supported by advertising and optional in-app purchases.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

Information you provide

Account creation is required to use the Application. The Application may collect information you provide, such as:

• Player nickname and account identifiers

• Gameplay progress and game-related data (e.g., unlocks, statistics, match results)

• Moderation-related data (e.g., reports and blocks)

• Support requests and related communications (if you contact us)

We use this information to operate the Application, provide online gameplay features, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve the game experience.

Information collected automatically

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Device and app information (e.g., device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone)

• Crash and diagnostic data

• IP address and network information

• Usage data (e.g., events and interactions within the Application)

We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Application, troubleshoot crashes, and understand performance.

Location

The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS location.

However, third-party analytics and diagnostic services used by the Application may collect or infer approximate location (such as country/region) based on IP address or similar signals for analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Push notifications

The Application may send push notifications related to gameplay and service events (for example, tournament results, rewards availability, or important account/service updates). We do not use push notifications to send third-party advertising or unsolicited marketing messages.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or provide AI-driven features.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Service Provider may share information with trusted third-party service providers to help operate and improve the Application (for example, analytics, crash reporting, and development services). Third-party services used may vary by platform (iOS/Android) and build configuration.

Third-party services that may be used include:

• Google Play Services

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Unity

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

• as required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process);

• when necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests; or

• to service providers working on our behalf, who process information only to support the Application and are required to protect it.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or via the applicable app marketplace.

Data retention and account deletion

We retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

Automatically collected data (such as analytics and diagnostics) is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and may then be deleted or stored in aggregated form.

You can delete your account and associated in-game profile/progress data in-app: Settings → General → Delete Account.

Please note that certain limited data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, and service integrity.

Children’s privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us at privacy@microprose.com.au.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the Application, including limiting access to authorized personnel and using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no security system can prevent all potential breaches.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will post any changes on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-01-01.
